We live and work in Redmond, WA and specialize in Residential & Investment Real Estate. We are design and remodeling enthusiasts! We work primarily in the Kirkland, Redmond, Bellevue, Bothell & Woodinville markets, but know the entire Seattle & Eastside very well.

We offer a strong market knowledge, experienced negotiation skills and unsurpassed customer service. We don't stop until we find you the perfect home and get you the most for your money. Sometimes that can happen fairly quickly into your home search, sometimes it may take a bit longer - we work on YOUR pace and on YOUR schedule until you find the perfect place to call home.
RELOCATING:
We understand that it can be hard to search for a home from miles away or try to prepare one for sale when you are out of town, but we do our best to make it easier and provide you with the best information possible.
*For out of town buyers - we will take additional photos, gather school information and generally do our best to convey everything each home and its community has to offer... good AND bad.
*For out of town sellers - we handle everything. We make use of our many service provider contacts to help ready your home for the market and can provide you with quotes from contractors so in your absence you are still able to make educated decisions and get the results you desire.
We do our very best to take the mystery out of relocating so that you can feel comfortable in making an informed decision.
